Back in 2003, the cutest tv show idea hit the air for 2 seasons. Oobie was a hand puppet character… without the puppet. This adorable and creative concept came from a training exercise for puppeteers. In order to practice, puppeteers attached to their hands, 2 ping pong balls with pupils attached.
